dumb crash in training

well, i was playing normally aand have reached the year 2016.i wanted to edit training info and as soon as i pressed training it crashed saying:warnig array access out of bounds and then totally crashing and savig a dumb crash report.

any idea what can it be?i searched forum but the weird in my case is that happenned in 2016.till then everything was normal.!

that's happened to me in season 2

we can either wait for better help

or

retire then take the team over again and everything is back to normal in training, but as a manager all your hard work has been wiped clean.
