The Dutch Football Association (KNVB) has become the first member association (MA) to adopt the Domestic Transfer Matching System (DTMS) developed by FIFA TMS and offered as one of its premium services.

DTMS is an online platform modelled on the FIFA TMS International Transfer Matching System (ITMS), which is provided to all 209 MAs and 6,500 clubs for cross-border player transfers. The new system is designed to facilitate the domestic transfers of male eleven-a-side players in professional football by increasing control over all stages of a transfer process and consolidating adherence to domestic regulations.

FIFA TMS developed DTMS following feedback from MAs and clubs expressing their desire to have a domestic transfer system based on ITMS.

Since DTMS and ITMS are fully integrated, the KNVB and its members will be able to access both international and domestic transfers in one place, providing a complete picture of all their player transfers.

Users will have a single sign-on to manage and monitor their transfers, generate statistics and reports, communicate more efficiently with each other to speed up the approval process and store official documents safely for easy retrieval and review.
