Dynamic Nation Stats?

If I do well with a country (ie. USA) at the World Cup (Ex. Won on a fluke (beat Italy, Germany and Argentina an pk's. total BS. )) will it increase the countries interest in the sport. It can be changed by the editor pre-game, but can it change organically?

Same with the nation youth #

Over time, yes. depending on club success and money in that nation also.
