Dzagoev in 13.1.3

Is something odd happening in all my new saves, or is Dzagoev no longer available on a free in Dec in 13.1.3?
 
According the games I've started since the patch, he has signed an extension until 2015, so I'm having the same problem.

To be fair, I noticed that in my game (Only in my first at the moment though) but the 13.1.3 can't be the cause of it :)

That's what I thought too. That's why I thought it was so odd. Anyone know whats going on? Just out of curiosity I started three more games - on all of them he's already signed a new contract.
 
btw when i have brought him i have offered him contract at start of season and he goes to clubs in january so maybe come january when youve tried signing him hes sign a new contract with cska or another club.
 
IRL he signed a new contract. SI did a few tweaks with the game and fixed some contracts like Dzagoev's and some others
