Early Goal Jinx

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but here goes anyways.

For almost my entire 3rd season with Nottingham Forest, i've been conceded really early goals every time i play. I'm still 2nd in the league but its been through coming from behind to win.

Is this a bug or is it a tactical error on my part?

Could be a bit of both,

What are your starting shouts? Do you have attack from the kick-off? Try playing defensive for the first 5 minutes in your next few games and see how it goes.

Its the same as it's always been. Formation is 4-4-2. I've got one of the best teams in the division, but this keeps happening.

Maybe you should start off defensively so you don't concede early on.
