Early transfer window

My game says it is running 11.1.1 but when I go to start a new game it says I am loading up 11.1. Is this the reason why my transfer window starts in early June instead of in July? Also, both the FA Cup and Champions League finals are before the end of the season.

Any help or an explanation would be hugely appreiciated

Are you going by Scottish leagues?

It's because 11.1.1 did not do anything to the database, it just fixed some small bugs so it comes up as running 11.1.

i think it myt just be a bug as my transfer window in england starts before everyone else
