Eastbourne Borough Players willing to sign permanently or loan deal for free

I'm thinking of starting a new save with Eastbourne Borough my home town. What players are willing to sign for a team in the Vanarama Conference South either permanently or on loan for free? Any position really except for ML and MR I don't use those positions.

You can look at loaning players from mid-table Prem teams, sometimes players will come to you. In terms of transfers I find if you set your director of football (or chairman) to purchase players in staff responsibilities, but you to confirm you'll always get decent players in.

Other than that; Jordan Anderson (RB), Satka (loan/CB) are two really good players who you should be able to attract.

Most of the players I usually sign for free won't sign or come on loan. Are any Premier League Players willing to come on loan for free?
