Edited wage and transfer budget not working

Hello,
I edited wage and transfer budget of my favorite club in 2nd Czech league, but in the game are other numbers than in the Editor (you can see on screens below), please have anybody any advice?

i did this on my editor with the same problem i think it just stops you from having that amount of money as its a bit unrealistic.
