Editing / Changing Banner. How?

As you can tell by the screnshot provided, I have recently created a British league.
With me having OCD (joke) I want thing's perfect.

Can you, if possible, change the flag which is provided on the top right (highlighted) of the banner?
I want to place a British flag, intead of the English.

If you can, you'll need to change the league nation to Great Britan. But I suspect, it's hardwired into the game that Great Britan can't be used as a nation...
