I've been looking on the data editor to try and edit the rules of the English Premier League to include the new rules for next season:
- Clubs have to declare 25 player squads at the end of each transfer window
- 8 home grown players that have been registered domestically for a minimum of 3 seasons prior to their 21st birthday must be included
I also wanted as an experiment to add a rule prohibiting the transfer of any players under the age of 20 from moving to foreign clubs.
The editor however doesn't appear to let me do any of these, is there any way I can change this?
