Editing Existing Divisions

I've been playing about a bit with the scottish leagues and i want to be able to create a cup with the 3 winners of the premier junior divisions and the winner will be promoted to the 3rd division but i cannot seem to be able to change the relegation places in the 3rd division.

Can anyone help?

I think this might work. Go to Nation Rules - Scotland and remove the Scottish Third Division and create a new competition. Add the third division teams to the new competition. Put the new division back into the league system, add a relegation playoff with the bottom team and 3 from the division below and it just might work.
