Editing font colours

Does anyone know how to do this? In FM12 it seems impossible to do apparently nomatter what I change, so there seems to be something I'm missing......

If you are using a skin then you want to edit things in the skins settings.xml file, if you arent using a skin you will need to download the default skins and then edit them the same way
