Editing Nation Help

Can someone help me with making new nation
I want to bring back Yugoslavian national team.Is it possible to make this republics,Serbia,Croatia,Bosnia,Montenegro,Slovenia and Macedonia into one,Yugoslavia,and players from these nations to be able to play for YUG.
