Editing on saved games

Hey,

Ive never really tried to keep a game updated to the present status of world football...

What is the easiest way to do this during a saved game?

Are there updates that can be downloaded that will change all stats and players for a saved game or do you have to start a new game?

if you use files from regular editor you must play new game. for in-game editing you can use FMRTE program

On my FM i have just finished a premier league season. i will probably start my saved game again in August when the new season starts. Are there downloads you can get that will update the saved game with all the recent transfers, promotions etc for the new season?
