Editing Players ages in FM23 Editor

Hi, so basically I want to convert a custom 2009-10 database I have from FM22 to FM23. But if when I transfer it the players ages are off by a year obviously because its a new game. It would take a long time to go in and edit everybody's age by one year. I know there is a mass edit feature but I cant figure out a way to increase everyone's age by just 1 year. I was wondering if anybody knew a way I could do this. THX!

I would filter them by age, ie 18yo, and then I would mass edit all the 18yos to the age I require.

Just hit my brain, that way all of them would probably have the same birthday. Thats no solution, at least not the optimal one.
