Editing Starting Date and other things

Hey,

I'd like to edit the starting date of all possible FM starts from 2013 to 2014. So that every new career starts in the season 2014/15 (as if it was FM15). Further, I'd like to edit the pre-set tables of the Top-10 leagues to the actual ones so that the same teams play in CL and EL as they'll do in real life next season.

It's quite difficult to explain especially for a non-native-speaker but maybe you understand what I mean 8-|

Is that possible? And if yes, what files do I have to edit and which tools could I need to edit the staff I want to?

even im looking for a solution to this..as far as i know.. the starting date cannot be changed.. but u can holiday for 1 year..and start in 2014/15... FMRTE can be used to edit the league standings of the top 10 leagues.. so that its realistic... i have FMRTE and due to some problem.. i cant edit the leagues.. still wondering.. if this is sumhow possible...
