if i was you i would go into the editor and move 2 teams up from first division to premier league probally should be the 2 with the highest reputation, and then allocate a random team that aren't already in a division to the east scotland premier.

Create a team in premier legue with the best players of ever Cruyff, Maradona, Pele, Beckenbauer, Seaman etc everyone withe 22\23 years and dont forgot the great attributes

scotlandforever the problem is there are not enough teams in the spl where u had rangers and cetic taken out
