Editor databases not working when loaded.

When I load a database off here it isn't working. I follow the instructions given and save in editor data, but it doesnt show up when i Load up the changes at the start of the game. An example of one ive tried to download is the UAE league from the following link :

Any help will be much appreciated

When you start a game do you tick the "change" on bottom right of the choose database screen? If yes I can not help you

Yeah ive done that.. thats where it doesnt appear. If i look in the sports interactive folder, it is there but doesnt show up when i click change...
