editor help?

Hi i'm new and i have a problem. Somehow I can't seem to find the Data Editor .
I have a normal PC and I looked at where to go, sports interactive>football manager 2011 >tools etc. when I go to football manager 2011 there isn't a tools option. Is there an alternative way to get to the data editor
