I've played FM since 2008, I have changed the database regularly along the year, as I like to play with the most actual and realistic database.
I've created one, as always, this year. But as soon as I fill it up with a large amount of changes, my performance gets worst. I even repeat tactics from previous REALLY successful careers (that had little to no changes in the database)
It doesn't make sense, I improve the team and I play worse.
Has anyone experienced this?
