Editor NEED HELP

I have got the editor but when i try and open it it just say "unable to find some essential data please insure the game is installed correctly if the problem persists please contact teqnical support" but i have unistalled it and installed it again and it still says the same message PLEASE HELP ME !

i got a diffrent editor from my bros laptop and that worked

how do you access the editor, i am getting th same problem when trying to load the game
