Editor problems?

hai all, finally decided to buy fm10 now that prelims are over and the editors bein a royal pain in the.. After i installed FM10 for the first time i deleted it and re-installed it again, but still i get that "not installed properly screen" rubbish, ive installed it twice and if it helps i installed it using Steam, thanks guys (K):wub:

Maybe re-install the game.?

Does say it might not be installed correctly so do that and see what happens
