Doesn't seem to be much love for this section at the moment but I'll take a crack at this.
I want to use the editor to replace the European Championship with 3 smaller competitions of 16 teams each...with a 'tier I' tournament, featuring the nations ranked 1-16, 'tier II' for those ranked 17-32 and a 'tier III' for 33 - 48.
Does anyone know whether it's possible to add a competition with the entrants based on their world ranking (which will change between tournaments) rather than via a qualifying competition or choosing specific teams??
