Editor trouble

Hi, I cant seem to find my editor.
I have looked on the "were to find the editor thread" but i can not find steam apps in my steam folder on programme folder.
Anybody know why?

Look through your steam preferences, maybe you made it change the destination where it stores your games.

Make a shortcut in your desktop and then look where it points to and look from there.
