Hi

I am new to this forum, but not new to FM. This 2010 editor is really giving me grief. I am able to load database, then change attributes to players or whatever, but I can only save the editor (as an XML file) and not as a new database. When I start a new game, the old attributes are there instead of what i changed (or tried to). Please, can someone help me??

Yeah, in this game, it doesn't save a new database every time, but alterations to the database. When you start a new game, it should say, somewhere near the bottom of the bow where you select a database, "Editor data files 0 enabled (1 in total)" And next to that there should be a change button. Enable change and then make the data you want included included, then start the game as normal.

Where can I find this editor everyone's talking about? I simply can't find it!

It's in C://Program Files/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2010/tools/editor and then clicking on the editor.
