i need football manager 2013 editor from upload center, i cant dolwnload from steam or torrent.
Can anyone help me to download it from upload center?

No. You should be able to download it from Steam no problem, unless you have a pirated version.

I'm confused. The game was installed via Steam so it worked ok then when it needed to be activated, so surely it should download?

Only thing I can recommend is see what someone else says regarding this as I'm not sure and don't want to give wrong advice.

And to be honest, I've not heard of this "upload center" so to me it sounds suspicious so I'm not getting involved, unless it is legal place. But to me it sounds dodgy
