Editting leagues and gameplay help! please!

Hey all,

So i editing my own set of rules for the english leagues prem down to the regional league,
(i just wanted to remove the registering amount of players in 2nd season)


So im now in game all seems fine, but then i notice the england team, its not picking players? :S
its filled with greyed out names and cappello wont pick players, ( ihave many english players in prem playing top form) and not gettin selected?

Have i messed something up in editor?
