well he is in the forth brazilain league
 
u can usually get him for free cuz his contracts runs out in may 2011
 
Another thing is that if you get the chance to sign him and send him on loan to a different country in order to gain EU status , by the time you get him back he'll be 26/27 and you will have missed out on 3/4 seasons worth of him.
 
He's like Mobi Okoli can get him around 35k and he'd make a perfect target man. But great find might buy him when I'm playing as poorer clubs.
