Becoming part of White Hart Lane is not something that I have dreamed on . It had been 3 years that I left London to learn something from MLS . Till one morning , two men with their best suit came to me after training of LA GALAXY . I knew that they flied from London .
They offered me a position that I never think about . They said "Manager Of Tottenham Hotspurs" . I never think I would get this opportunity , despite the fact that I am a fan of Chelsea since I was born . Working as a manager on the high-prestigious competition league is something that I can't refuse .

Tottenham 3 - 1 Tottenham Res (FRIENDLY)
NOT SO WARM , ON WARMING UP
It was the warming-up match of pre-season . Seeing the first team , reserves , and the youngster on the same pitch could help me expect the skills of all my players .
Despite the fact that we scored 3 goals , I think I have to 'understand' about my strikers personality and tendency . I haven't got the best role for them .
I'm still looking for more from Jermaine Defoe in the next match , actually .
From this match , I realize that I have some talented players on my reserves and youth team . Jonathan Obika , 18-years old striker threated my defensive some times.
Till the 75th minute , he made a great header that 'trapped' Ledley King scoring to own goal

GOOD START,FOR DEFOE'S START
I have to tell you that , I was so worry about Defoe's performance when we faced our reserves . He made a lot of bad positioning , bad passes , and never threated the opponent's defends.
But , it was just yesterday . After thinking about an match role for him , he showed me that he's the REAL DEAL of my team . He came as a sub , and scored twice . He broke down opponent's defend by challenging the offside .
But not only Defoe that could suprise me in this match , my young Dean Parret also entertained me with his long shoot . The Northampton's defend almost never treat him as a threat . Then he showed them what he can do even he's just a reserve team's player.

This is my first friendly match on White Hart Lane . Some hundreds pair of eye were looking for their team's performance .
For the firs 30 minutes , I almost had no idea about how to break The Boro's defend . They were so tough , and dominated the air .
Until the 40th minute , Peter took advantage from The Boro's defender mistake then made a great long shoot . 1-0 for Spurs .
It's not so different in the 2nd half . My team were so dominated on possession , but we almost didn't make any threating pass through Middlesbrough defend .
Untill a great teamwork between Defoe and Huddlestone on 67th minute . Tom was in very unmarked position then he made a fantastic shoot from out of the box after getting an assist from Defoe .
I told my player that they didn't play good enough . Unfortunatelly , some of my players , just like Jenas that couldn't take it

Tottenham 4 - 3 Juventus (FRIENDLY)
All of my players are very enthusiastic facing one of team that have big name in Europe . Surprisingly , when the match only had took less than one minute , Jermaine Jenas succesfully scored after his header couldn't be anticipated by Gianluigi Buffon .
Unfortunatelly , after the early goal , Juventus became so dominating the match . As the result David Trezeguet and Tiago scored two fantastic goals on 13th and 18th .
On the break , I encouraged my players to show me more . I did some changes on the players , I subbed in Jermaine Defoe . He's definatelly the most integral part of change on my team spirit . His score on 58st minute encouraged all my players .
Most of our attacking moves made Juventus struggle . Till the 81st minute , after taking a nice through pass , Defoe incredibly made a great shoot to the net . Finally , an most suprising moment came at 86th minute . Wilson Palacios was surprising all the public of White Hart Lane by his shot from the near post after taking Corluka's crossing.
I think it was a good match when I saw my players struggling till the end of the match .

Slavia(Sofia) 0 - 5 Tottenham (FRIENDLY)
Flying to Sofia and using 4-5-1 again (I used the first one when I faced Juventus) . There's no big changes on the starting eleven . I just gave a chance to Steven Caulker and Danny Rose to be the starting eleven .
The match went as my plan . Peter Crouch spectacularly scored the first goal on the 3rd minute by his shoot with powers . Then , in 11th minute , Peter successfully double our lead . Finally ,the names like Luca Modric , Robbie Keane , and Jermain Defoe also took her name on the score board.
It was a good match , and I think 4-5-1 could be one of my alternative formation for the competition.
***** Tottenham 1 - 0 Newcastle (FRIENDLY)
Still in my campaign using 4-5-1 as the main formation . Newcastle became my another opponent . I found that my team were so struggling when they met a team with NARROW STYLE . In the first 45 minutes , my team couldn't make any threatening shots . But not untill 2 minutes after 2nd half kick off . Nico Kranjcar successfully made a fantastic long shoot that made my team led 1 - 0 . Although my team dominated the game , we couldn't make any other goal .

***** Tottenham 0 - 1 Arsenal(FRIENDLY)
vs Arsenal
Welcoming one of the big four was one of my plan for my pre-season . Arsenal became my visitor , yesterday . They fielded all their best players , including two new faces Juan Angel Albin and Gai Assulin .
My team played well for the 90 minutes , but our distribution to the penalty box were really poor . My winger , Luca Modric , Aaron Lennon , and David Bentley subbing Aaron in 2nd leg almost couldn't bring any threatening pass through the penalty box . Not only bad distribution through penalty box , but also shot on goals were really poor for us . My strikers couldn't make any possibilities with their shots .
In the middle of tight match , I was surprised by Nicklas Bendtner . The 21-years old striker made a great header on the 62th minute . He onle needed 3 minutes on the pitch to did it .
I realize that I've to make another strategy to face teams with deep defending line and stand-off defenders .

My heart was beating loudly when I stepped my foot on the White Hart Lane for the first matchday of EPL . I used 4-4-2 as the main formation and told all my players to have no preasure here . I was so glad because I could lead the score after a nice header from Benoit Assou-Ekotto on the 10th minute . Then , I was surprised by a red card for Luis Ernesto Perez(Wigan) on the 15th minutes after pushing my player . The match went well for me untill the break . And then , in the next 45 minutes , I choosed 4-5-1 and pulled Robie Keane into an Attacking Midfielder . Because of it , Jeremain Defoe successfully doubled our lead , after getting an assisst from Robie Keane in the 50th minute.
Because of this 2-0 winning , I am looking forward for this season . I hope I could break the 'Big Four' domination . *****
Sunderland 2 - 3 Tottenham(EPL,Matchday 2)
I had thought it would be an easy match when I walked into Stadum Of Light's bench . It looked as an easy match for first 30 minutes . I exploited right flank and used Aaron to make as many cross as possible . Peter Crouch successfully exploited his height for making two goals .
Unfortunatelly , Darrent Bent surprised me when he made a unexpecting run in the 38th minutes . Then he scored after winning one on one with Gomes .
After that goal , Sunderland became more motivated , many threatening counters were made . They weren't only dominating in the last 15minutes of the first half , but also in the 2nd half . Andrew Driver , the 21 years old midfielder made me jump from my seat . He successfully made a hard shot from the side .
Going home with one point wasn't something that I wanted . I tried to bring more preasure and became more attacking . I brought Pavlyuchenko in to bring as many player as possible on the penalty box and exploit the right flanks for many crossing .But , my last goal was created in a way that I never thought . Peter Crouch made a direct free kick then Robbie Keane took it as a through pass . By his left foot , Robbie Keane made whole Stadium Of Light's roar .
His goal brought a lot of differences last night . He kissed the badge with all of his proud .
I was so proud with all of my players that never 'understand' term of giving up.

Tottenham 1 - 1 Aston Villa(EPL,Matchday 3)
White Hart Lane got another visitor on 3rd matchday of EPL . Aston Villa came out by 4-4-2 . Martin O'neill's John Carew surprised me on the 4th minute after taking Ashley Young's crossing .
I didn't need talomg a long time to return the match . 15 minutes after the goal , Luca Modric amazingly made a brilliant shot , so the result became equal . The score didn't make any differences untill the final whistle , although I changed my tendency into more attacking . ***** Morecambe 0 - 4 Tottenham(Carling Cup 2nd Round)
Carling Cup would be an event for giving chances for my youngster . Morecambe welcomed us as the visitor on Christie Park .
Luca Modric's shot on the 3rd minute was surprising all the spectators on the Christie Park . 1-0 , we led the match . Then , in the next 9 minutes ,Jermaine Jenas doubled our lead . Eventhough Morecambe became 'more motivated' in the 2nd half , we could made two another goals from Robbie Keane . ***** Blackburn 3 - 4 Tottenham(Carling Cup 2nd Round)
After his recent injury , Gomes got back to my post . Unfortunatelly , his first minute was surprised by Benny McCarthy's long shot . On the 16th minute , Jermain Defoe brought us back . Then , we only needed three minutes to turn around the match . Luca Modric's header changed the score into 2- 1
Our domination brought another nightmare for Blackburn . In the 23rd minute , Jermain Defoe successfully made his third goal this season .
On the second half , I made some change to strengthen my defend by subbing in Tom Huddlestone . Unluckily , I had to see an bad anticipation from Ledley King that caused a penalty . Benny successfully took it and changed the score into 2-3 . But it's only need less than 10 minutes , Peter Crouch wonderfully changed the score into 2-4 after taking Luca Modric's corner kick . I thought the match would be end up in 2-4 , but I was wrong , Benny McCarthy that played so well in this match made his hat-trick on the injury time.
It doesn't matter , I was so pleased by my lads . ***** Breaking News
