Okay so I've used the 'elturco442fenomeno' version with my Bolton side for about half a season (just less). The results so far are extremely convincing with me only drawing in one game, and winning all the others. It's a good strong side with great players but this is still amazing.

Thank you for sharing. The results are actually not surprising as it should be. I wanted to share the tactic after being tested with lower level teams and getting great achievements.
By the way, I'm happy if I could make your career enjoyable :)
 
I tested the tactic with Salford and Farnborough. I won the premier league and champions league with each within 10 seasons maximum which is really impressive. Now they dominate world football
 
Is this plug and play?
OIs and training to be done by Assistant Manager?
Do you train each player to their position in the tactic?
Who takes set pieces?

I do not handle training, it is better for players if you want to be interested. Giving special features to players allows you to win matches with different scores. ;)
 
Anyone tried this in FM20? Would it still work, or are the match engines too different?
