is he good enough for arsenal?

He's pretty good. Since I play as FC Bayern most of the time, he's solid as backup, but he can never do well enough to get a starting position ahead of Schweini and Kroos. He'll be great for a lot of first division teams though, maybe you can partner him in midfield with Wilshere. Alaba is still a better pick, imo, if you're looking there.

what role is most suitable? CM or DM
with his low price he can be used for alex song's backup..

I retrained him as a CB and he's good also. I suggest you buy him even if you don't play him in MC you can play him CB sometimes too.

I'm FC Bayern in the 5th season of the game and he still hasn't made it past my immense youth system yet. Pretty sure next season he'll be playing and in his few cup games he has looked good. Also thinking of buying him on my Malaga game too.

He's a solid defensive midfielder, though you can train him to be Box to Box as well. You should always buy him, even if just to sell him for more later.
