Not sure this is what you are after but there is a tactic on myFMpassion that I am about to give a go and it claims to be inspired by Conte.

You not really given people much to go on, list your squad, and the formation you have at the min, and lets see where you are going wrong or think you are, failing that, search bar for Juventus or scan the tactics section for somthing similar.
