From watching AM play this season and last season, I have seen Simeone play with three tactics.
Plan A:

Okay, I know what you guys are thinking. Why are you playing with APs instead of WPs and its because I consider the two wingers that Simeone play as "wide enganches". They'll act like a hook between the midfield and attack and then regardless of their advanced positioning, they will help out in the defence. Think of Koke and Turan. Always causing a havoc when attacking but coming back to help out in defence.

The treqs and poacher role is simplier. Think of the Griezzmann/Madzurkic pairing. One guy is the creator and the other guy's job is to score goals. The treq will roam around the area looking for the ball and run the defense rampant.
PPMs: Wingbacks - Knocks ball at opponent, Hugs Line, Runs with ball down Flank
APs/Sts - Places shots
Training: Preseason: Fitness/Tactics at Very High, 50%
Season Fitness/Attacking Mov at High 30%
Individual: Just train players to their roles
Tips: Check the odds. Always check the odds.
When Favorite stay on Control or change to Attacking
When Underdog change to Counter or Contain
Recommended Players: Gks: Coutois, Cech, Moya, Oblak, De Gea, Valdes, Rulli, Horn
FBs: Juanfran, Mario Gaspar, Flipe Luis, Marcelo, Fabio, Rafeal
CBs: Yobo, Illori, Godin, Miranda, Balanta
DLPs: Pirlo, Tiago, Mario Suarez, Blind, Romero
CMs: Mario Suarez, Pogba, Yaya Toure, Gabi
APs: Koke, Griezmann, Feghouli, Diego Ribas, Horta, Menez, Turan
Treqs: Raul Garcia, Magnus Wolf Eikrem, Volland, Firmino
Poachers: Javi Guerra, Oriol Riera, Diego Costa, Gabigol, Torres, Larrivey

So in which situations do you use the other two tactics if the first one is plan a? :)

No. If you have an OI that works with this tactic, tho, you are free to share :)
First: Sorry for my bad English.

There are no OIs that work for every match and every time. There are a lot of factors that have influence for OIs for every game and every opponent and player.

Biggest problem for me is that i cenceede a lot of goals from crosses and by now i havent found a way how to deal with it.

What did you meant with this:Tips: Check the odds. Always check the odds.

The odds are the things that you see before you continue on to play your match.

Golden Tactic

Mate, this might just be the most underrated tactic on this forum atm. I'm having a great season using your 4-2-3-1 with Juventus. Here are my results so far (the only loss of the season was played with reserve squad away at chelsea)

I love a bit of a challenge as much as I love developing youth so I've decided to field youngsters such as Cerny, Samper(bought him for 9 mil, sold Pirlo for 8), Coman and some quality regens I snapped up at the start of the game ahead of the world class players in my squad. Their attributes are greatly improving due to the tutoring and the amazing performances they put in thanks to this tactic.

I have to say this is the most: a) balanced tactic I have played in FM15 so far. The setup of the team works amazingly well on both attacking and defensive phases
b) cleanest tactic compared to other tactics (and I have tried A LOT of them)

c) honest tactic (no exploit) only 20 of the 89 goals in serie are scored from corners.

d) beautiful to watch - most goals are scored from open play and the movement and execution of both att and def phases remind of Ajax's Total Football rather than Simeone's Atletico style.

If your players are not completely deprived technically, I advise anyone to give this a go. Get the right player for the right position or train them to fit it, have patience even if you get a couple of bad results at the start and keep morale high at all costs.

A massive thanks to the creator of this tactic. I have tried loads of tactics on this forum, and especially after 15.3 it became impossible to play open/offensive football unless the balance of play is ruined and it becomes more of a tennis match rather than football.

My only suggestion would be to revise the transitional play on the counter-attacks as the poacher is quite isolated up front and the midfield don't catch up with him in time. Apart from that

Perfection, my friends :)
