Emulating Napoli's real life tactics, help needed to perfect tactics

Hello I am planning to start a new save with napoli and would only want to use them once i have their real tactics in fm, i dont watch them much..but i know a bit about their play and a bit on emulating it in fm, i alone can not be able to emulate them without all of your help so im counting on you guys..ayt so here is what i know, napoli operate with three tactics: 3-5-2, 3-4-3, 3-4-2-1..the 3-5-2 is their standard formation, used in games they are confident in winning it has an attacking strategy, the 3-4-3 as well has an attacking strategy used in games in which they are still favourites, however the 3-4-2-1 has a counter attacking strategy, used in bigger games eg: the milan game they won 3-1,and the city game they won 2-1 therefore below is how each tactic is and in brackets are the player instructions i am sure of in that particular formation
3-5-2:

lm-dossena
amc-hamsik(trequartista)
str-cavani

3-4-3:

I also know they play a quick tempo, dont know of their passing..and other stuff, philosophy is either fluid or very fluid..anyways people please help out and give ideas i promise it wont take long in making this tactic if you help me out coz i myself aint quite the tactician like some of you in here or if some one would take my ideas and make the tactic please post your progress and i will give my ideas and views and in the end, the tactic would be posted..please help, thanks
