Enable Steam Community In-Game

Hello guys. Every time I click on Download section of Football Manager I now get the message;

I have checked my Steam account and I have the option ticked;

I have also Verified Integrity of Game's Cache and rebooted the computer and Steam. Does anybody have a suggestion on what to do next?

its a steam issue. try opening steam before starting FM.

No it still doesn't work. I have reset Steam and opened it and then fired up FM through that but it's not working!

Deleted steam and reinstalled along with Football Manager and issue is now solved for anyone that is ever stuck again. Took no more than 40 mins to do both.
