Encourage Agent Ownership option?

Started a game with Wolfsburg and will be looking to invest in a striker come the end of the 1st season after hopefully a decent season in Europe. When going to scout Vietto & Dybala I noticed this option, can anyone tell me how this can help me or what it does for my club?

If an agent buys part of him, and you manage in a league where you do not need to own ALL of the player to play him, then you can buy the player from a club cheaper as they don't own all of him.

Ahh right okay, do you know if that is the case with playing in Germany? Don't think it is but don't know much about the league or German football

I would say yes. I know in the English Premier League you have to own ALL the player to play them and when I manage an EPL team, I never got that agent ownership option.
