End of season bug

Although this does not majorly change the game and it isn't that annoying, I just wanted to know if anybody else's transfer window started on June 10th at the end of their first season? Is this changed by the new 11.1.1 patch?

I'm using 11.1 patch and my window opened on the 1st June lol
