Ronaldinho? he is -the- player for the role and luckily, you can pretty much get him dirt cheap. Buy will hghes, the have ronaldinho tutor him aswell.

Pretty Much any AMC with good creative attributes, passing, creativity, off the ball, etc.

probably wise to get an older guy in the position, then he can tutor Barkley, to help him along.

That is true. I am in season 4 however and Barkley's stats are immense. Looking at changing my tactics a little now. Playing 4231 wide... thinking of bringing the wingers in and trying to sign Quintero. The guy is a beast in AMC.

The creator of the role was Juan Roman Riquelme, an engancha often holds up the ball and usually works very little with pressing. Great role for older players. Aimar would be inmense there.
