England Expected To Flop At Brazil

Due to the lack of recently produced English talent the national team are expected to collapse at the upcoming World Cup in Rio.
The pressure is being put on British managers to produce home-grown talent, especially at the top clubs. England are becoming a laughing stock in national football. We are no longer a formidable outfit, other countries no longer fear playing at Wembley. It?s something they look forward to and some even expect a win where as in the past no-one came to Wembley with any hope at all. Will anyone step up to the mark and will any team ever win anything fielding exclusively British players for the first time since god knows when. (I think it was actually West Ham in 1970?s or something.)
England needs one man, who is it?.

Can this man provide England with a wealth of talent in time for the 2018 World Cup? Or potentially the 2016 Euros?

These are the players I will be moulding into future superstars. Jesse Lingard looks the weakest of the lot. May have to bring a few in from my own youth system but this is the main body of the team.

After playing my youngsters for all the friendly games to try and bleed them into first team experience they turned out quite a few decent performances. The stand out performer from pre-season was Jesse Lingard to my surprise. Had a decent average rating of 7.42. My only concern is that, by not playing any first team regulars, it may effect our start to the campaign.

As there is quite a few new faces there, you should post the transfer history and such :)
Also loving the idea of a full on british side, hard to get a quality player for each position though, only ppicked up one english regen i consider world class on my save so far, and i just finished the 18/19 season!

Premier League Kicks Off In Style!!

We Kicked of the season against Tottenham, a tough fixture. We put in a great First half performance and we dominated. We slipped in the second half but that may be down to match fitness.
Youth Players Included: Jack Butland, Luke Shaw, Harry Maguire, James Ward Prowse.

MOTM: Nathaniel Clyne
Best Young Player: Harry Maguire, 7.6, Scored 1

Southampon are a great team to manage, good funds and a great youth system, with quality players in the team already. It's really fun, good luck!
