Also, if you want to build suspense and realism, don't announce the manager in the same post that you announce the candidates in. Get the audience thinking about it. And for realism; well, how often do you see a newbie to management take charge of England?

It's not like it's 3 months old, I don't see the problem with him commenting and asking for the guy to continue it, even if it seems it's dead.
 
I really dont see the point in doing an International story as so easy to do with top teams like England and Spain. Just stick to clubs as they prove greater challenge.
