I've decided to start as the England U19's manager and obviously work my way up through the ranks both at club and nation level. However, after 2 friendly wins at Armenia (2-0) and Turkey (1-0), I presumed I'd be involved in the qualifying for the U19 European Championships 2013 hosted in Lithuania but I'm not! Neither me or previous winners Spain were included in the draw.... I don't get why, as in reality they have been drawn within a group! Anyone understand how/why this has happened?
