I always manage in the Premier League due to its competitiveness in comparison to Serie A or La Liga, but I've always wanted the benefit of having a B team like Spanish teams do. That way I don't have to rely on other teams with weaker coaching/facilities to develop my youngsters. I searched for an edited db file that made this possible but couldn't find one (at least not for FM11), so I went into the editor and made the changes myself. I gave B teams to all the Premier League clubs and the clubs in the Championship with a rep. of 4700+ and a Southampton and Sheffield Wed. from League 1. I placed the B teams in Blue Square North/South depending on the location of the club, replacing the clubs with the lowest balance in either respective league.
