creating a new English league system
4 league of 24 clubs (currently moved Leicester, Burnley, q.p.r and my home town club Wrexham to premier league)
all premier division players current potential 130+ have been moved to new created clubs on amateur contracts so can just approach to sign as clearing squads didn't work.
premier league a players
premier league b players
etc etc etc
all clubs will have about 50 million to spend, also around 2.5million wage budget
all clubs under 30000 ground capacity will have it raised to this level
thats all Ive come up with at the moment
