EPL Game 16/6/2010

Basically the rules will be the normal with settings optimised for everyone, i.e move matches for tv unticked etc
As long as your reliable I'd be glad to have you on board lads, try to move games along quick when me and my mates play so hopefuly the same will apply here

All teams are free except chelsea
Only rules are that each manager must setup a 'personal youth development' system in that he signs at least 4 under 16s a season and at least 6 new under 18s (under 16's count in that)
Also anyone outside the top 6 if they choose a team from outside that top 6 should be helped as much as possible ( basically I like bigger teams managers to consider any possible loans they could give them etc...)
Hopefully it will be a friendly long lived game

Hamachi details: DungasEPL
Pass: 1234
Either post your requested teams here or just go straight to hamachi

. Some might say that English football is extremely boring, considering how the same four teams have been dominating the league for years - Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal. However, if these fans were to keep up with the news recently, there might be more excitement ahead for them in the shape of teams rising to the challenge and threatening to break up the established order. These include the two teams that have been more prominent beyond the Big Four - Aston Villa and Everton, while another two from Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City could also shake things up a little.
