English Reserves in the Football League

Would it be possible to put English B teams in the Football League? Like what they have in Spain where Barcelona B play in the 2nd division? Just thought it would make for an interesting game as you wouldn't have to integrate youth team players into the first team squad and could build them up by sending them to your B team who are in something like League 2?

it would be possible but you'd have to create b teams for all the teams, then i'd suggest creating a new division at the bottom of the league for all of them and setting it so they can't get promoted from the championship.
