So, I am playing with Liverpool in the fourth season, and I keep getting decent, and even one or two great English regens through my youth intake. I haven't upgraded the facillities at all, so my question is: Have SI improved the overall production of English regens?
On FM11 I was 9 seasons in and still only had two decent English regens, not even from my own academy. Or is that just luck?
