Ensuring relegation via the editor

I'm looking to ensure St Mirren get relegated to tier 2 in Scotland, with Hearts getting promoted. Is this easy to do in the editor? If so, how would I go about it...is it just editing next season's league for both clubs?

I imagine the quickest way to do it would be to swap them
