Sven-Goran Eriksson, who has been heavily linked with the managerial vacancy at Fulham, is keen to work in England again, says his agent.

Yeah, well he's going to Fulham. Could he declare interest in the only vacant Premier League managerial position any more blatantly?

Hogdson was such a successfull appointment, so the pressure is on the Fulham board to appoint someone who will have the same effect as Roy. Fulham is a great club though.

Sven has always wanted to manage Fulham, didn't you hear?

By 'always', I meant since the 1st July 2010.

Incidentally, this happens to be the same day that Rodgson took over at Liverpool.

Since we can't get our number one target Jol, I'd take Sven right now but there has been contact between Mackintosh and his agent yet but Athole was making noises on SSN earlier. There are rumours of us getting Ottmar Hitzfeld but there are also rumours that he wants to stay as he is. Despite begin favourite yesterday, Dave Jones is no where near the job. When we appointed Hodgson, he wasn't even on any bookies lists so really neither the press or bookies have any ideas who it will, Fulham keep things very secretive.

Should really be Eriksson wants money*

No surprise. A lot of managers would like a Premier League job.

Eriksson is a manager mercenary. Wherever there is money for him to be paid he is there.

im shocked he will take a wage drop. but in all hoensty his club record is excellent.
