He can't see the attributes because they're covered by those bars. He's tried downloading skins to no success and is asking for help.

I don't know what's wrong there, honestly, and I don't think my portuguese is good enough to reply anything meaningful to him. If someone does, however, know what's wrong with his game, I can give it a shot.

Honestamente gostaria de respostas de brasileiros não me levem a mal,se não entendeu o português não precisa ficar ofendendo os outros se der pra ajudar agradeço se não nem precisa comenta no post ok..
 
This is an English-only forum and your post is in the wrong section as well.
As to your problem, have you checked off the 'Show Graphical Attributes In Profile' in the Display & Sound section of the Preferences menu?
