Essential Attributes

Hi guys,

I was wondering if someone would be kind to help me out a little. Is there anywhere a list off essential attributes for each position?

Now i fully understand that the Tactical Wizard shows you what attributes are needed for each position however im never in a position to sign players of that caliber.

Is it as simple as ignoring mental attributes and hoping that the player performs 70% of the time due to technical and physical attributes being sufficient?

Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance
